SMALL ANIMAL CLINIC
We're taking a number of precautionary measures to continue providing quality care to our patients while ensuring everyone's safety in the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak. For the time being, only employees will be allowed inside the hospital.
Call us at (603) 298-8381 when you arrive. A team member will check you in over the phone. At this time, please be prepared to discuss any questions or concerns about your pet you would like to share with the doctor. When we are ready for you, we will have you come to the front door with your pet. If you need assistance, please let us know. Make sure cats are transported in sturdy carriers and dogs are properly restrained via leash and ready to be greeted by our staff.
We’ll be in contact with you during your pet’s appointment. Just as you would during a traditional visit, you can speak with a doctor or technician while your pet is inside to ask questions and voice your concerns. We'll perform any necessary treatments and prepare your invoice and all take home medications for your pet. At the end of your appointment, the doctor will call to discuss you pet including any concerns, medications, or procedures.
Once you are finished talking to the doctor, a team member will talk to you over the phone to check you out and process payment. At the moment, we’re accepting cash, check, debit, and credit. This may take an extra phone call if our staff are helping other clients. Once you are all checked out, we’ll meet you at the door with your pet.
If you’re feeling under the weather or believe you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment. Please see applicable travel guidelines from your state prior to making your appointment. Keeping everyone safe is our top priority!
Follow us on Facebook to keep up with our latest COVID-19 updates and if you have any questions at all, don't hesitate to call us.
When coming to the clinic to pick up medication, please call (603) 298-8381 when you are en route. We will have you pay for your medication over the phone and place it outside the front door in our "Medication to be Picked Up" bin.
Despite the uncertain times, providing compassionate end of life care for our patients remains a top priority for all of us. For small animal euthanasia, we invite our clients to be with their pet in the clinic provided they wear a mask at all times. When weather permits, we can accommodate euthanasia appointments outside in our Memorial Garden.
We are still offering home euthanasia services in certain cases where the doctors and clients can be outside during the appointment and local guidelines permit. Please call for more information or scheduling.
LARGE ANIMAL APPOINTMENTS
We are please to continue offering our full range of large animal services at this time. We ask that clients follow state COVID-19 policies in regards to masking and social distancing during their appointment in an effort to keep our clients and doctors as safe as possible. If you have any questions or concerns about our policies, please let your doctor know in advance.
Medication pickup for large animal clients is available at the small animal clinic. Please see the instructions above.
